Throughout the article, “ Technology Has Made Life Different, but Not Necessarily More Stressful ’’ the author elaborated on the idea of technology not being really impactful as the reports or scientific has said. We get an understanding of technology not always hurting people but making realise that sentimental or behavioral driving technology can be seen as a bad thing. The author states,  “ The fear of missing out and jealousy of high-living friends with better vacations and happier kids than everybody else turned out to be not true. ” Throughout the quote the author explains that technology is not the issue but the people not having or avoiding themselves from having an interaction as a way to forget a situation which lessens the anxiety of facing their obstacle.

In the article, “ When Tech Is a Problem Child, ’’is about how technology has become a major influence toward a child’s daily life. Adding on to the topic of how technology has become an addiction toward people’s lives. This adds up to the proposition that poor lecture of parents to their children are a major threat which lead to a threat to the kids life by risking the chance of taking the wrong path in the future. The author elaborated on how parents could give advice and the idea of how technology could negatively impact the education, communication and the mental breakdown of kids. The author states, “ BEDTIME Researchers at King’s College London have found “strong and consistent association” between using devices at bedtime and inadequate sleep, poor sleep and increased sleepiness during daytime. Parents have gotten the message. ’’ Through this quote the author highlights that electronic devices used during bedtime is bad for your brain since electronic devices require the brain to still think. This also affects kids or individuals health by impacting their rest time.

In the article, “ The Negative Effects of Technology on Our Bodies ’’ is about the negative outcomes that come from the use of technology. Basically the author speaks on the health and what occurred on the human body once we started to rely too much on technology. For instance, “ Your head hurts and your eyes itch from looking at screens all day. Your back aches from leaning towards your laptop for work. ’’ This reveals that the technology could start hurting people’s eye strain and bad postures started to form since the whole time when we are on our laptop individuals are always sitting down. This adds back to my topic of how workers in business companies that rely on the use of technologies affect their health and lack of exercise.

In this article, “ Technology Can Have Positive And Negative Impact in Social Interactions “ is conveying how technology could either improve or negatively  impact the communication within a family or interactions. For example, “ It does seem that many people spend less time with others in their community than they do with the people they watch daily on television.’’ In this quote the author explains the bad side of technology which is describing the lack of conversation held within a community due to people focusing on the television. This led to people distinguish themselves with other people and having less interaction with decreased a relationship of a community. This adds on to the topic of not knowing what to do without technology.
